Abstract

Agrarian Intercentre seminar is hold among professional agrarian specialists in various social disciplines since the beginning of the 1990-s. In the discussion centre there are core questions of development of Russian and world village development. Seminar materials are periodically published in leading Russian academic and popular scientific editions. Present seminar took place in spring 2006 together with Chinese scientists and was devoted to discussion of a report about Chinese agrarian reform, made by doctor of historical studies Gordon A.V. During the discussion occurred detailed debates concerning general and specific patterns of Russian and Chinese agrarian development.
