Further training in context of social mobility of people with disabilities

Abstract

Further training plays an important role in contemporary society, especially for people with disabilities. Use of further training services assists people with limited op portunitieswithdiversedevelopment andacquiringanew profession orahigherqualifi cation, employment and independent life in general. In this article, the discussion focuses on the results of analysis of interviews with disabled people using further train ing services, and providers of further and vocational education as well as casestudy of further trainin programs in Saratov. In addition, the presented results focus on compar ison of surveyed data collected from young disabled people in the cities of Saratov, Tomsk and Kazan.
