Abstract

Discussions about civil society in modern Russia and searches of subjects that would activate it are re-actualized the youth issues. The point of the article is about the problem of statues changes of contemporary youth in the context of civil activities understanding and strategies of its realization. There is an analysis of «adult» discourses and youth narratives. Here represented the views of politicians, NGO workers, who consider youth as the main power for creation and implantation new ideology. The youth attitudes are viewed separately. Young people refuse to be just a resourse, the subject of manipulation, faceless electoral mass or free help in social problems’ desisions. The article is based on empirical researches of SRC Region that concern youth activity, rightful consciousness, youth civil practicies and youth NGO.
