The vocational education efficiency of the state employment service system

Abstract

Present situation in the employment sphere shows high demands to the system of organization and conducting of professional education, quality of education, efficiency of educational technologies, realization of measures in professional and social rehabilitation of unemployed persons. This article is devoted to the issue of the efficiency of the professional education of unemployed persons in the SESS. The criterion of the Professional education efficiency, its main indicators, problems which have influence on the state level, employer’s level and unemployed person’s level are discussed. It was revealed, that the priorities of the vocational education within State employment service system dealing with the support for unemployed persons is in favor of its economic efficiency at the expense of its social effects.
