The Revival of public and private philanthropy in the regions

Abstract

The paper considers some trends and problems in the development of charity in Russian regions and in particular in Saratov oblast. The author analyses barriers on the way of formation of real social partnership, related to the deficit of relevant legal base, that is necessary for the growth of charity in today's Russia.
