Abstract

This article analyses the issues of criminal justice in United Kingdom in relation to the research of Muslim communities. The author considers different aspects of criminal law, policy of prison and services for crime victims. She demonstrates that practices of justice that are formed within the system where Christianity takes the lead, have negative effect on those citizens who were socialized in Muslim culture. In particular, the article considers the changes of attitudes towards the Muslim population in Great Britain after the events of 11.09.2001.
