About Love, Gender Equality, Sexuality and Violence

Abstract

The article is about the necessity of holistic approach to sexual and reproductive health as well as to the issue of violence against women. The issue of women's empowerment is discussed. The author considers phases of changes towards gender equality within the society and inside the family taking Sweden as an example. A special attention is paid to the issues of governmental support to fatherhood and egalitarian gender roles, as well as to prevention of violence against women.
