Evolving the Legal Regime of Teenage Employment in Russia: Contours of Sociological Expertise

Abstract

The article traces changes that occur in 1990-2000 in Russian Labor Code and offers several hypotheses concerning the effects of legislative innovations on the position of teenagers who are entering labor relations on the legal bases. An attempt is made to highlight several major aspects of regulation of youth employment and emphasize certain groups of teenagers in their specificity in light of labor relations.
