The Transformation of Childhood in the Modern Russian Society and The imperatives of Development of State Policy in Childs Interest

Abstract

The analysis of a todays Russian society testifies that it has come in a condition of risk. Covering to some extent all layers of the population, the condition of risk has an especially painful effect for children as the special subject of the social relations. The fall of a standard of living of the majority of the Russian families has resulted in decrease of a standard of living of children. The most significant factors of alternation of childhood in Russia are: informational (interaction of childhood and media), institutionalisation of ideas of children’s rights and beginning of realisation process of Childs Rights Convention. Parallel changes of two social groups: socialisation of modern children and resocialisation of the adults, introduce the special complexity in alternation of childhood.
