Social Policy of Modern Russian Enterprises: Traditions and Innovation

Abstract

The author analyzes practices of social transfers and guarantees provided forthe workers at modern Russian enterprises. The analysis is focused on the models of transformation of social policy of Soviet enterprises as well as strategies of performance of the new private enterprises. The author describes and systematizes practices of social support of workers, considers the content, functions and mechanisms of social transfers.
