Abstract

A concept of socially responsible business is discussed in terms of oral economy, in a complex of measures of corporative charity and in he context of management and corporative culture. Drawing upon the data of seven case studies the author analyzes specificity of socially-oriented activity of the enterprises. The social responsibility is considered as a system of social conventions between he enterprise and local authorities.
