Corporate Culture and Internal Social Policy of a firm

Abstract

This article is written on the basis os research project "History and theory of social policy: Western experience and modern Russian transformations". The author made an attempt to bring the strategies of social policy in business organizations into correlation with fundamental features of their corporative culture. Two types of organization that differ by the strategies of social policy are examined on the  basis of prevalent features of one kind of organizational management and on the  basis of predominance of a certain type of corporate culture.
