New technologies of administration in area of social assistance and social services for the population

Abstract

The article represents the new management tools in social assistance and social service delivery that are promoted by the Institute for Urban Economics since several recent years. These tools include cash consumer subsidies, social vouchers, competitive procurement of social services and contracting, outcome-based social assistance programs, performance measurement tools as well as administrative tools.
