Transformations of the model of family and its needs in social security in the conditions of sociodemographic and socioeconomic changes

Abstract

Processes of modernization of family, appearance of new forms of family exis tence are analyzed in the article. The accent on increasing distribution of the informal unions or cohabitations is done. In connection with varying socioeconomic and sociodemographic conditions and personal objectives of citizens (on selfrealization, on career) new needs of the state towards the family and families towards the state are examined. The positive experience of France, one of the leading countries in the field of realization of measures on social protection of family, is in detail considered.
